Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper REALTORS® (CBDHR) has been guiding our customers home for over 30 years in the San Antonio and Central Texas markets. A real estate powerhouse, we have now sold more homes in San Antonio than any other brokerage since we first opened our doors in 1986. But our broker and leadership team want the legacy of this company to include more than real estate transactions. CBDHR has a fiercely loyal connection to each of the Central Texas communities we serve. The agents and staff here take great pride in the wide range of community non-profits and charitable efforts in which we participate.

Our company-funded scholarship is one such point of pride, an area where CBDHR happily invests back into the community through higher education. The Dr. Herbert E. Harper, Jr. Memorial Scholarship Fund is an annual scholarship created in honor of Dr. Herbert E. Harper, Jr., the late husband of our founder and CEO, D’Ann Harper. Herb, as he was more commonly known, was passionate about learning. He served as an educator for 33 years and was passionate that everyone should have the opportunity to pursue a higher education.

With his personal legacy in mind, The Harper family generously awards six scholarships each year to individuals wishing to further their education. We want to take this opportunity to commend each of the 2020 Dr. Herbert E. Harper, Jr. Memorial Scholarship Fund recipients. Aligned with CBDHR’s founding beliefs – family, trust, and life-long learning – these scholarships are intended to assist students pursuing their dreams for the future.
